Admission & Access

• Entry to Black Bunny implies acceptance of our Terms & Conditions, Safety Policy, and Privacy Policy.
  
• Availability of attractions is on a first-come, first-served basis. Pre-booking is recommended to secure your preferred slot.
  
• Black Bunny reserves the right to deny entry or request a guest to leave in cases including (but not limited to):
  

1. Unsafe or disruptive behaviour
   
2. Misuse of equipment
   
3. Failure to follow staff instructions or posted rules
   
4. Violation of these Terms
   

Bookings & Payments

• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may be updated without prior notice.
  
• Online and in-store payments are processed through secure and authorized payment gateways.

Liability

• Black Bunny takes reasonable measures to ensure a safe environment.
  
• However, Black Bunny, its staff, and management are not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from:
  

1. Improper use of equipment
   
2. Failure to follow safety instructions
   
3. Deliberate unsafe behaviour
   

• Liability only applies in cases of proven negligence on the part of Black Bunny management.
  

Photography & Media Consent

• CCTV is used for safety and monitoring.
  
• Black Bunny may capture photos/videos during events or activities for promotional purposes.
  
• If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our team at the time of entry.
  

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
